This is a simple jig for assembling your frames.  The two boards slide into the slots cut into the box. Then you place your frame side bars in and put glue on them all at once, nail the top bar on and then flip it over and glue and nail on the bottom bars. Then slide out the two boards and you can get all your frames out. This is when I place the strategic nail that goes from the side bar into the top bar.
